Making Lit(igation) Happen Since 2020

Having partnered with Attorney Trevor Doyon just over two years ago, WED is excited by the ever-growing strength of our Litigation Team to continue serving our community into 2022 (and well beyond!). As the Managing Partner of our Litigation Department, Trevor finds himself in the fortunate position to share that his team had an overwhelmingly positive year in these ever-evolving and challenging times. Our litigation achievements can largely be attributed to the welcomed additions of Ashley Davis and Percy Kelleter during 2021!

As the team has expanded, so too has its successes, which include helping those who have suffered loss find answers, accountability, and closure. Further, we have been able to aide countless families in preserving the intentions and wishes of their departed, by protecting these interests through aggressive Probate and Superior Court representation. As a welcomed advantage to our offered services, 2021 brought a significant increase in opportunities to team up with fellow practitioners to prosecute Superior Court appeals of unjust Probate Court decisions and to administer personal injury matters that necessitate Probate Court involvement.

With plans to continue further expansion in the new year, we couldn’t be more excited about the trajectory of our Litigation Department heading into 2022. As always, we are a phone call or email away from a free consultation for any litigation disputes that you or your loved ones may need guidance navigating.
